Irem Clubhouse // Amanda + Matt

Tug at my heartstrings, why don’t ya! It was such a gorgeous day for Amanda + Matt at Irem Clubhouse in Dallas, PA. They are seriously the cutest couple ever. Both wrote love letters to each other and exchanged them before the ceremony, which took place outdoors in the most lush lawn area. They said “I do” surrounded by their super sweet friends and family. Also, summer weddings are the absolute best because of the bright, fun colors like the pops of purple Amanda + Matt incorporated. Which so happens to be my favorite color.

I had so much fun tagging along on their special day. Wishing much love and happiness to the new Mr. + Mrs. Seyers!

Barn Appetit // Mackenzie + Tael

I first met Mackenzie + Tael at their engagement session. They are two sweet, kind people who are adorably in love. I love hearing high school sweetheart stories, and how two eventually became one. Between glances in the halls and helping with homework in science class, Mackenzie  + Tael, started a friendship which eventually blossomed into a long lasting relationship. Que, the wedding day!

Mackenzie was absolutely glowing all day and I remember her saying, "it's just how I imagined it!". The whole day was perfect from start to finish. The details, the weather, the venue and everything went so well together to mold this wedding. Tael's father officiated the wedding which made the day even more special. One of my other favorite details was Mackenzie's grandmother made them her famous strawberry pie for a personal sweet treat on their sweetheart table.

Mackenzie, Tael and all their family + friends danced the night away - seriously some of the best dancing I've had all year! We also ended with a beautiful sparkler exit with about 30 close family members + the bridal party. I love this last exit to a fabulous day.

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Agudelo!

Reinhart's Barn Weddings // Kayla + Ian

Before every wedding day, I send my clients a detailed questionnaire. Mostly questions regarding their day, what time is hair and makeup, are you doing a first look, the list goes on... But at the end of every one of these, I ask my couples to share a little about their love story. I don't typically share this, mostly because, I just love getting to know my bride + grooms and thats all its really for. But when Kayla wrote some lovely things about their love story, I just had to share for todays blog post. I figured, what better way to explain a little bit about them than through the words of the Bride.

Ian is my best friend. There are 3 things that I cannot live without, him, our dog Presley, and ice cream (and they go in that order!) That is why he proposed to me at our local go to ice cream spot, Candy’s (which will be served at our wedding). Nothing could bring us down (even the diagnosis of cancer) from the pure excitement and joy we have knowing we will soon be joined as one. God truly designed us for one another, Ian being strong in areas I lack, and vise versa. We feel so blessed to have found each other as young as we did. That just means all the longer our forever with each other gets to start off. We hope our wedding day captivates and celebrates the love God has put in our hearts for not only each other, but our awesome family and friends!

Your wedding day absolutely captured the love you two share, not only for each other, your family + friends but God. With that, I think its the perfect time to share their wedding day bliss. Congratulations Mr and Mrs Zellers!

Rustic Wedding at Herman and Luther’s Barn // Kelsey + Mike

Kelsey and Mike had a beautiful, rustic wedding at Herman and Luther’s Barn on June 24th. As they both got ready before the ceremony, I could feel the excitement in the air. They were both ready as ever to marry the love of their life.

The ceremony was held outside with beautiful greenery surrounding them. As Kelsey and Mike said their vows, you could see the happiness in loved ones faces. Even from behind the camera, you could tell that the families had such a special bond with each other and they were a very close-knit family.

One of my favorite parts of the day was seeing the cookie table filled with delicious cookies that Mike’s grandmother baked for the special day. Having a cookie table at a wedding is an old Pittsburg tradition and certainly has an extra special place in my heart (that is where my family is from!) From the lanterns on the tables to the baskets full of colorful flowers, all of the décor tied in perfectly with their rustic venue.

The whole entire day was seamless, beautiful and full of love. I feel so lucky to be a part of Kelsey and Mike’s big day!
