As I'm reflecting back on the past years and the best year yet for ABP seniors, I want to highlight Miss Kaylee's session. Her and her momma were so fabulous to work with and we couldn't stop giggling during her session. Kaylee's kind soul radiates from the way she walks and talks. I had an amazing time getting to know her and I hope Bloomsburg University is ready for this spunky chick!
My last fall engagement session ended with Heather and Tim in Montoursville. This soon-to-be wedded couple will be getting married on July 8, 2017. I cannot wait to photographer their nuptials at Herman and Luthers. Its going to be a beautiful summer wedding.
Heather and Tim have told me about how he proposed and I just can't help but to share.
"He had asked me to hurry home that day so we could eat dinner not knowing I was out getting my nails done, he thought I was shopping for a dress for the wedding we were attending the following weekend. When I came home and walked up our steps there was rose petals on the floor with a dozen roses on the table and our oldest daughter appeared holding the ring while wearing a shirt that said "Mommy will you marry my Daddy?" he then came over and got down on one knee and ask me to marry him which of course I said yes and he gave me the ring!"
Isn't that the sweetest? I just love that story.
Heather and Tims's engagement session went off without a hitch! These two are real naturals in front of the camera. Their good looks, fabulous outfit choices, a sublime location and their genuine love for each other made this photo shoot one of my favorites yet!
Best of luck to the happy couple and until we meet again! ;)
I said it before and I'll say it again: Congratulations Makenzie and Greg!
What a great day we had at Herman and Luthers! Makenzie arrived shortly after getting ready and taking bridals + bridesmaids portraits at Townplace Suites in Williamsport.
When I first saw Makenzie, she was so full of joy and was so gorgeous when she put her picture-perfect blush wedding gown on that she found at Exclusively You. The bridesmaids were wearing Bill Levkoff from Exclusively You.
The wedding was a huge success, partly in thanks to the lovely staff at Herman and Luthers. The reception was a blast! Everyone loved the food! Makenzie and Greg danced their first dance to I Cross My Heart, which was played by KC Sounds.
The whole day was amazing. Join me in wishing Makenzie and Greg a happily ever after!.
Without further adieu, Mr. and Mrs. Seyler!
Let's all give it up for one of the happiest couples on the planet: Morgan and Nick
Morgan told me all about how Nick and her met at our initial meet up. We couldn't stop chatting and of course, I adore that both her and Nick share one of my loves, watching Fixer Upper!
She also filled me in on the proposal. Morgan said:
"We were on a magical vacation in the Riviera Maya and we were waking up early to watch the beautiful sunrise over the Caribbean Sea. Every vacation we venture on together we always do this at least once during our stay. So, we hit the beach just before sunset taking pictures and watching the beautiful scenery. When all the sudden he asked me to take a few steps in front of him to get a picture of me and I turned around and there he was my knight in shinning armor on one knee asking me to marry him!"
Of course, she said Y-E-S!
Their wedding date is set in May of 2017. They will be getting married at the beautiful Paxtonville United Methodist Church, and their reception will be at The Cellars in Lewisburg, PA. They're so excited to spend the rest of their lives together. It's so clear that this couple is head-over-heels for each other! You'll see what I mean when you see the photos.
