Alex and Emilee // Engagement Session in Central Pennsylvania

I am counting down the days until Alex + Emilee’s Barn at Boones Dam wedding day! These two are such cuties and total models in front of the camera. I loved checking out the Danville grounds and finding little hidden gems to snap the perfect shot. It was the most gorgeous day and I couldn't have been happier, just looking back reminds me of the laughs we had.

Congratulations on your engagement, Alex + Emilee! I can’t wait to see you on your big day!

The Moser wedding had a special place in my heart. From the time I met Meghan, I knew how in love and passionate she was about their relationship. The same with planning their wedding day. We chatted about details and plans and I knew it was going to be a wonderful, beautiful day for Meghan and Ryan. She told me about her gown from Cocoa Couture in Hershey, PA and the vision I had in my head didn't compare to its true beauty in person. Everything came together so perfectly, the florals by The Details Matter, tuxes from Tony's Tuxes and the exceptional cake + dessert bar from Bella's Bliss helped make their day one to remember.

Their family is so kind and loving, everything combined made their day such a joy to photograph. They had a traditional Catholic ceremony at Saint Pius X that was full with their friends and family. Later, we headed down to Pine Barn Inn for their reception. An Elegant Production did a flawless job getting every one on the dance floor for a fun unforgettable night. We were able to end the night with a couple of night shots and that always seals the deal for me!

Hello!

I've got another glorious wedding this Monday for you guys! The adorable couple Sharon and Adam, are two people that anyone would love to know. Their wedding day was truly breathtaking and special. Their ceremony took place downtown at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Danville, PA and it was outstanding. The ceremony had everyone smiling from ear to ear and probably with a tear or two.

The bride's dress was seriously gorgeous, too. And I'm not just saying that! The gown was bought at Exclusively You in Bloomsburg, consultant Alexis has been on top of her helping brides find their perfect gown! Sharon's dress was a beautiful all lace Allure gown with an Alfred Angelo sparkly sash, all finished with a stunning cathedral length veil.

We had a lot of fun taking wedding pictures, as well. They decided to not see each other until Sharon was walking down the aisle. The emotion that rushed through them, was truly priceless!

The reception was at The Barn at Hidden Acres and was catered by Susquehanna Chef. They danced all night long to the live band they had for the evening. It was spectacular!

I usually wouldn't share what the bride and groom said about their overall experience with Alexis Brooke Photography but I just have to share what the bride wrote. I have gained such a beautiful friendship and I love when I have become a part of my clients lives. Sharon wrote:

Alexis you are absolutely hands down the best! You are a beautiful person with a special gift. I am so happy we had you with us on our most important day! I'm honestly sad our experience is over. It was almost a year ago we were doing our engagement photos! If I ever need professional photos in the future , and I sure hope I do, I know who I am calling.

I, truthfully, couldn't help but tear up when she wrote this. Not only does it make me so so happy to see my clients happy but it also makes me so happy to have lifelong friends.

Okay, let's get to the pictures! Sharon and Adam were such a delight to work with and I wish them many wonderful years to come.

XOXO

I don't photograph family or children often but when I do, it's always filled with smiles, laughter and good times! While Eli wasn't having it, big brother Micah was to the rescue and was hamming it up for the camera. I can't wait for them to receive their gorgeous prints and 4x8 accordion to preserve these memories and display throughout the home.
